01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policy documents published by q5bat:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the q5bat website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the q5bat platform.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and q5bat. Your continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. q5bat recommends that you review this document periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use the q5bat platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. q5bat enforces a strict minimum age requirement. This is non-negotiable and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal use only.
• You are not registering on behalf of or as an agent for another person.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of q5bat or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You have not previously had a q5bat account closed, suspended, or terminated for a rule violation.

By completing the registration form on q5bat, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

q5bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including CNIC, passport, utility bills, or payment method ownership documents. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

04 Account Rules

Each User is permitted to hold one single active account on the q5bat platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any individual — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. q5bat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available free of charge to all registered Users.

You must notify q5bat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. q5bat shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

• Do not share your account login details with any third party.
• Do not allow another person to place bets or operate your account on your behalf.
• Update your contact details promptly if your mobile number or email address changes.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

q5bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. No currency conversion is applied by the platform. All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and transacted in PKR.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are typically credited to your q5bat account instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are credited within 5 to 15 minutes of confirmation. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations. q5bat does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. This requires submission of a valid CNIC copy and proof of ownership of the payment method to which withdrawal is requested. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during business hours.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account, or to a verified account in the User's own name.
• q5bat reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal of PKR 50,000 or above.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money funds not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
• q5bat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

q5bat offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all q5bat promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limit: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the stated time window. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Refer to individual promotion pages for specific contribution tables.
• Maximum Bet: When a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is PKR 2,000 unless stated otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each User is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

q5bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is found to have been exploited in bad faith, q5bat may reclaim the bonus and any associated winnings from the affected account.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on q5bat are governed by the product-specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet or starting a gaming session, you agree to those product rules in addition to these general Terms.

Sports Betting: Odds and markets are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted before an odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event, or at the time the in-play market is settled as stated in the market rules.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot games on q5bat are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). q5bat does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by each game's developer and are displayed within the game's information panel.

Void Bets: q5bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, on an event that has already concluded at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of a technical error in the platform. In all such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q5bat platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where such strategies are determined to be in bad faith.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspension.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes or divide winnings unfairly.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information at any stage of the KYC process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing q5bat support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content published on the q5bat platform — including but not limited to the q5bat name, logo, brand identity, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of q5bat or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q5bat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any q5bat content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any q5bat software.
• Use q5bat's name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on q5bat's platform design or content.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Users to q5bat is governed by the q5bat Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on q5bat, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

q5bat collects personal data including your full name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and payment method details for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. This data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

q5bat employs industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption on all data transmissions to and from the platform. Stored data is encrypted at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised q5bat personnel on a need-to-know basis.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q5bat's total liability to any User in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q5bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance windows, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the User's failure to secure their credentials.
• Incorrect bet placement or gaming decisions made by the User.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or power failures.

q5bat makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free of errors. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to Users in advance where possible.

12 Responsible Gaming

q5bat is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every user's account settings panel, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying time elapsed and net gaming result during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent closure).
• Cool-Off Period: Apply a short-term pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent account closure.

13 Termination

q5bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement directive requiring account closure.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age.

You may close your q5bat account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your last verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of all applicable withdrawal checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is terminated by q5bat due to a breach of these Terms, q5bat reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and legal review.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the q5bat platform operator's jurisdiction of registration. Users access the q5bat platform voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with the laws of their own country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between q5bat and a User that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's registered jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits q5bat's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

q5bat treats all formal complaints seriously. Each complaint is logged, assigned a reference number, and reviewed by a senior member of the customer support team. q5bat aims to resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.
